It is HIGHLY recommended that Guild Members have SKYPE , remember that Teamspeak RC2 is required. Both are free and do not contain spyware nor key loggers if acquired from the URLs listed in the setups section follow link below.
Teamspeak is best when used with headset and adjustable attached mic to reduce echo feedback in discussions.
HOW TO JOIN GUILD: Install Teamspeak, read info for same at setup instructions link below. Enter Teamspeak channel and if anyone is there ask to join the guild. IF no one is on server at time send an in game mail to Avalean asking for an invite, we will then plan a time and date to meet in game for that to occur.
CURRENT OBJECTIVES:
All members need to have Teamspeak operational for voice communications, voice coms are of a MAJOR Importance for instance and raid runs. Those who over time do not have and use Teamspeak in the guild environs will be removed from the guild because you are a high liability for team completions.
Currently I would like to see everyone doing Battlegrounds as a team in order to acquire some BG Gear. Once a character reaches say Level 29 you can then shut off your Experience points bar to hold at that level while you gather your wanted blues and greens to equip your character for the next levels of 30 to 39, then hold for acquiring items for 40 to 49. In this way you will always have an edge for either doing quest, instances or battlegrounds as a team / Unit.
We will also besides assisting individual members with quest and such, be doing guild events to include group instance runs so people can acquire Bind on pick up gear and equipment.
I may be reached via my SKYPE chat channel if not on Teamspeak or away from computer if you have questions or ideas. If someone wants to start a Yahoo group for open discussions let me know and we can work on that also.
Would be useful for making instance team, BG groups, and later raid time schedules.
Basic Rules:
1) We work as a team, ignorance is one thing, acting stupid or like a git will simply get you removed from the guild.
Play with Honor, Integrity, and Respect to others.
2) The guild bank is for guild member toons ONLY. If you get access to the bank then ONLY use the items there for your guild toon, this is not a clearing house to twink your other characters nor to grab and sell stuff from to make personal cash. If either is found to be happening from the guild logs, you will be removed from the guild and all privileges of course revoked. No second chances!
3) Members are expected to help other members when possible and if asked. This does not mean if someone is continually abusing guild members for power leveling instances, but IF they actually need help with a quest and ask politely, try to help them if you have the time.
4) We are all here to have fun, do not abuse other guild members generosity by asking for their time to do unneeded things such as simply running an instance for gear or to level.
5) Power leveling as mentioned in cases above should be avoided, you are not doing the person nor their character any long term good and it distracts from the very reasons we are here. Doing an instance for gear form a known specific NPC drop is usually ok if not abused repeatedly.
6) You Pay for your account, you build your character, as such you WILL NOT be told how to spec your toon, nor demanded to create a specific class of character. So what if we do not have the "perfect" raiding party, dats Life folks. We play with what we have and make the best of it, since you play what you want for your enjoyment that is what we expect and ACCEPT, No guild member should ask of another to create or alter your toon for someone else’s enjoyment for a instance raid.
7) Sharing account info is strictly prohibited and should be avoided at all cost. If you share your info with someone else and your "Friend" uses that toon to rob from the guild or cause problems, then it is still your fault and as such YOU WILL be removed from the guild. No if's, ands, or buts’, no second chances!
8) Initiates may see bank slots but may not remove items from guild bank. Members may access one item per day from slot 1, Veterans and higher get more privileges and access. DO NOT Abuse them.
If you need an item for your character and are unable to access that slot, simply contact the guild leader via chat if she is on, or send an in game mail to her and she will get it for you or have one of the higher grade members do so ASAP and mail it to you.
9) If you are found to be asking for items and not using them on your guild character, "the character that has requested it", you will lose all privileges and have all toons in the guild removed as well. This is considered as theft or stealing from the guild as a whole and will not be tolerated.
10) First and foremost at the end of it all, if you are not having fun, you are doing something wrong. Do not focus on "end Game level 80+" but more on your present, with your character development and skills / Achievements.
